JJISCO provides custom designs to meet your specific valve component size and shape requirements. These components will operate at temperatures up to 1900 F in corrosive or abrasive environments. In severe applications, wear can occur due to abrasive media, chemical oxidation, and excessive temperature. This may ultimately cause a complete failure. JJISCO offer the following hard material options to ensure our valve components will meet your application needs:

• Tungsten Carbide / NiLAST^® (WC-Ni) and BlackLAST^® (WC-Co)
